I’m glad you’re here. I’m a therapist, educator, and the founder of Trauma Gym — a space created for people across all traditions who are ready to start healing and build emotional resilience. Here, life itself is treated as a trauma gym, spiritual practice becomes emotional fitness, and community is part of the medicine. My hope is that you join us, find the tools, support, and care you need for the hidden wounds you’re carrying, and feel held by a community that trains, heals, and grows alongside you.
